The Gianna | Gardenia + Jasmine

Gianna Beretta Molla was a wife, mother, and doctor. Throughout her life she lived heroic virtue and was a great witness for the sanctity of human life. While pregnant with her fourth child, she was diagnosed with a uterine tumor. In hopes to save the life of the baby, she underwent surgery to remove the tumor and risked her own life. Her baby was born safe and healthy, and Gianna died one week later.

This moment of heroic virtue didn’t just happen, but was built upon a strong foundation of her daily choices to say “yes” to God’s plan. She encourages us to “Live moment by moment” and build this life of virtue ourselves.

We chose Gardenia + Jasmine for its fresh, sweet, and floral aroma - a beautiful reminder to pause, breathe deeply, and savor the present moment. It begins with top notes of gardenia and lemon peel, with a heart of jasmine and green florals.
